- This is a personal invite event. Guests are invited by name and are able to access the registration page via the email they received the invite on, only.
- The personal invite does not include a +1. We can accommodate to such on a case-by-case basis for the Welcome dinner and Forum only, not a flight or another hotel room.
- GIB provides flights from regional airports (Bahrain, Jeddah, Qatar, Riyadh and Dubai) to London, UK in Business Class. Any guests that wish to change the date and route can do so at their own expense.
- GIB provides ground transportation to locations and times relevant to the events scheduled, only. Our partner transportation company can accommodate to our guests other needs at their own expense, given that enough notice time is provided to book a car with a driver for the guest’s leisure.
